Main Focus
Intolerance and discrimination are still prevalent in today’s organizations. These destructive behaviors affect employee morale, productivity and organizational profitability. "Diversity Challenges" is a program that will increase awareness of intolerance and discrimination within organizations. The scope of the program extends beyond racial and gender discrimination to include conflict created by different approaches to problem-solving, gathering information, decision-making and managing time.
